The Legal, Contracts & Data Privacy Analyst will support the business in contract management, legal operations, and data privacy matters in a fast-paced international environment.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong legal fundamentals with practical business judgment and who is comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, Product, Technology, and Customer Experience.
Beyond the current scope, this position is designed with a growth path in mind. We are looking for someone with the potential to take ownership of processes gradually, influence cross-functional initiatives, and evolve into a future leadership role within the Legal & Compliance structure.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and legal documents, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements
Support internal stakeholders on legal and contractual matters, providing clear, practical, and business-oriented guidance
Monitor and support compliance with data privacy regulations, including LGPD and other applicable frameworks
Conduct privacy assessments and support the implementation of data privacy processes, policies, and controls
Partner with multidisciplinary and international teams on legal and privacy-related initiatives
Support incident response processes related to data privacy and information handling
Maintain and improve legal documentation, templates, workflows, and internal procedures
Contribute to strengthening a culture of compliance, accountability, and responsible data handling across the organization
Bachelor’s degree in Law
Solid experience in Legal, Contracts, Compliance, Data Privacy, or related areas
Mandatory previous experience with contract drafting, review, and negotiation
Practical experience with LGPD and data privacy matters
Experience working in dynamic environments with cross-functional teams
Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and teams
Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate legal requirements into practical business solutions
Advanced English (written and verbal communication)
