As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the engine behind Paystand's B2B payments platform. This is an operator-focused role designed for a builder who thrives on shipping high-quality code and features. You will own the full product development lifecycle, ensuring that our core payment infrastructure is not only robust but consistently evolving to address the specific needs of the LATAM B2B payment market, including navigating regional financial complexities and local market requirements. You will bridge the gap between technical complexity and user value, unblocking engineering squads, managing tight release cycles, and directly driving the velocity of our product roadmap.

• →End-to-End Execution: Own the product backlog, user stories, and requirements. You are responsible for taking features from initial concept to deployment, ensuring that what gets built matches the business requirement and technical specs.
• →Product Velocity: Drive the day-to-day operations of your product area. Lead sprint planning, unblock engineering teams, and make the daily trade-off decisions necessary to keep features on track and on time.
• →Technical Partnership: Work daily with Engineering and Design to translate complex financial/ERP requirements into clear, buildable tasks. Act as the primary technical point of contact to ensure architectural integrity and system performance.
• →Operational Excellence: Define and monitor success metrics (e.g., release quality, cycle time, adoption rates) and lead the post-launch analysis to iterate and improve features immediately.
• →Backlog Management: Maintain a high-quality, prioritized backlog. Proactively identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure the team is always focused on the most impactful work.
• →LATAM Product Leadership: Own the LATAM product roadmap, leading product discovery and delivery efforts tailored to the regional ecosystem, including core LATAM products such as Yaydoo and PorCobrar.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience: Specifically in B2B SaaS, fintech, or complex platform environments.
• Operator Mindset: You are a "Builder." You prefer working in the weeds with engineers to solve technical blockers over high-level conceptual planning.
• Technical Fluency: You are comfortable working with APIs, data schemas, and cloud-native architectures. You don’t need to write the code, but you must be able to hold your own in technical debates with engineers.
• Execution Track Record: A proven history of shipping complex features in high-velocity environments. You can point to products you’ve built and how you managed the development lifecycle to get them live.
• Systems Thinking: The ability to decompose complex financial workflows (AR/AP, Reconciliation, ERP integration) into manageable, shippable components.
• LATAM Regulatory & Financial Expertise: Deep experience with Mexican/LATAM financial regulations, billing ecosystems (e.g., CFDI/SAT in Mexico, DIAN in Colombia), and local fintech or ERP landscapes.

• Direct experience with ERP ecosystems (NetSuite).
• Experience in the payments or financial infrastructure space, including LATAM payment rails like SPEI.
• Experience driving product-led growth (PLG) initiatives in B2B.
