Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing project management, ideally within a high-growth B2B, healthcare, or FinTech environment.
Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile Marketing certification is highly preferred
Technical Proficiency: Deep experience with unified work management platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Leadership: A collaborative mindset with the "soft power" to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Agility: The ability to pivot fast based on market momentum or performance data.
