Join our team and take ownership of a product area within the card payments domain. You’ll make impactful product decisions, balance business and stakeholder needs, and drive business outcomes.

Define the long-term vision for the product and establish a roadmap to achieve it,

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape,

Use market insights to identify opportunities and challenges and inform product decisions,

Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic goals and market demand,

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to product development and delivery,

Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and expectations,

Use data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement,

Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the product and develop mitigation strategies,

Proactively address issues and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.

A master's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, engineering, or computer science,

Minimum 3 years of experience in product management,

Understanding of the fintech industry,

Very good knowledge of Polish and English – minimum B2,

Minimum 2 years of experience in agile methodology environment,

Experience with the card payment ecosystem or fraud detection in payments will be a meaningful advantage.

The ability to understand and communicate effectively with technical teams,

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,

Data-driven decision-making,

Stakeholder management,

A customer-centric mindset,

Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), MS Office tools, AI agents.
