Join our team and take ownership of a product area within the card payments domain. You’ll make impactful product decisions, balance business and stakeholder needs, and drive business outcomes.

  • Define the long-term vision for the product and establish a roadmap to achieve it,
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape,
  • Use market insights to identify opportunities and challenges and inform product decisions,
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic goals and market demand,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to product development and delivery,
  • Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and expectations,
  • Use data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement,
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the product and develop mitigation strategies,
  • Proactively address issues and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
  • A master's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, engineering, or computer science,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management,
  • Understanding of the fintech industry,
  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English – minimum B2,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in agile methodology environment,
  • Experience with the card payment ecosystem or fraud detection in payments will be a meaningful advantage.
  • The ability to understand and communicate effectively with technical teams,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Data-driven decision-making,  
  • Stakeholder management,  
  • A customer-centric mindset,
  • Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), MS Office tools, AI agents.
  • Employment under a contract of employment,
