As a leading online payment service provider, we deploy more than 400 payment methods and PCI-certified platforms to process approximately 6 million payments every single day. 

Own and develop a product area by delivering business outcomes, balancing stakeholder needs, and managing product decisions within a defined domain.
  • Define and manage roadmap aligned with business priorities,
  • Translate business needs into product initiatives,
  • Drive end-to-end delivery (discovery → delivery → iteration), 
  • Analyze product performance,  
  • Identify problems and improvement areas,
  • Use data and stakeholder input to define solutions,
  • Collaborate and actively manage with other departments,
  • Manage expectations and priorities,
  • Communicate progress and risks, 
  • Negotiate trade-offs,
  • Incorporate compliance into product decisions and balance business goals with risk requirements,
  • Maintain and continuously improve product documentation (JIRA, PRDs, rollout plans, training materials),
  • Independently coordinate and execute product launches or rollout activities.   
  • 3–6 years product management experience,
  • Experience in fintech/payments, 
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally,  
  • Very good knowledge of English,
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery.
  • Product lifecycle ownership,  
  • Data-driven decision-making,  
  • Stakeholder management,  
  • Trade-off thinking,  
  • Domain knowledge (payments/KYC/operations etc.),  
  • Tools: JIRA, MIRO, Confluence, LLM-s, Snowflake, CRM, 
  • Accountability for outcomes,  
  • Proactivity,  
  • Adaptability in complex environments.
