About the Role:
Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment where you'll help customers look and feel their best. Responsibilities:

Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities

Requirements:

Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation
