As we continue to grow, we are seeking an HR Generalist local to DFW to join our collaborative and high-performing People and Culture team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and practical execution, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is energized by building trusted relationships with leaders across multiple organizations.
Key Areas of Impact:
As an HR Generalist at PPR, you’ll be a trusted day-to-day HR partner to clients while supporting a wide range of people and operational initiatives. Responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on employee relations, compliance, performance management, leaves, accommodations, investigations, audits, and HR best practices
- Partnering with PPR’s internal Payroll and Benefits Department in support of clients’ payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, and year-end compliance activities
- Leading HR process improvement
- Drafting policies, employee communications, corrective actions, and other HR documentation
- Building strong client relationships through responsiveness, sound judgment, and professionalism
- Navigating multiple clients, priorities, and business environments with adaptability and accountability
- Contributing positively to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and firm culture
Expertise and Mindset We Value:

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated ability to manage both tactical and strategic priorities
- Strong employee relations and compliance knowledge
- Experience being a liaison between internal and client payroll and benefits
- Experience implementing or optimizing HRIS platforms (e.g., Gusto, Paylocity, ADP, etc.)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- High degree of confidentiality, sound judgment and accountability
- Managing multiple priorities and shifting business needs
- A collaborative, accountable, and client-service-oriented mindset
- HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
- A bachelor’s degree
- Performs work with a low-ego, high-accountability mindset
- Demonstrates willingness to step in and support evolving business and client needs proactively
