- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment
- Basic computer proficiency for maintenance tracking and reporting
Requirements
~1 min read- Associate degree, technical certification, or related experience
- Experience in manufacturing maintenance, equipment reliability, or process improvement
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Supervise maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and safety
- →Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs
- →Drive scrap reduction and process improvement initiatives
- →Analyze workflows and identify operational efficiencies
- →Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
- →Improve and document maintenance procedures and SOPs
- →Coordinate equipment repairs, upgrades, and vendor support
- →Track maintenance and equipment performance metrics
- →Partner with operations and leadership teams on continuous improvement efforts
Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to access and inspect production equipment and machinery
