Our client is seeking a Turf Division Manager to join our team! The Turf Division Manager will manage all field operations within the division while creating and maintaining a positive professional culture and team atmosphere.

~1 min read- 5+ years of experience in turf management, landscaping or lawn care operations
- 2+ years in a leadership role (managing crews, supervisors or divisions)
- Experience overseeing multiple properties, routes and service lines
- Demonstrated understanding of turf health and fertilization programs
- Certified Commercial Applicator License
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams
- Experience scheduling crews, optimizing routes, and ensuring efficient service delivery
- Experience managing budgets, job costing and controlling labor and material costs
Requirements

Responsibilities

- →Coordinating the use of resources including labor, equipment and materials
- →Managing division budgets
- →Ensuring quality and customer service through regular site visions
- →Coaching and developing field staff, including hiring and retention of division staff
- →Acting as a member of the leadership team
- →Other duties as assigned
