We are partnering with a leading customer service provider to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria.

- Provide exceptional customer service via voice, chat, and email
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Handle escalated cases with diplomacy and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Multitask and work across multiple systems simultaneously to resolve inquiries
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience
- Deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring the best possible outcome for the customer
Requirements
~1 min read- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Completed high school diploma
- Previous experience in call center, customer service, or BPO (training is provided)
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset and a customer-focused attitude
- Multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple systems and browser tabs
- Team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
