We partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in Varna, Bulgaria.

In this role, you will support users of an online entertainment platform, assisting them with account-related inquiries, transactions, and general platform usage. You will play a key role in delivering a smooth and engaging customer experience in a fast-paced digital environment.

Your Role

  • Provide customer support via chat and email (voice may be introduced later)
  • Assist users with account-related issues and platform navigation
  • Educate customers on how to use the platform effectively
  • Support inquiries related to transactions, including sports bets and gaming activity
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions
  • Ensure transparency and clear communication in all customer interactions
  • Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (C1) with good English skills (B2)
  • Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles is an advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using digital tools and multiple systems
  • Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
