About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer Contractor with an interest in digital design, a strong visual eye, and a desire to learn and grow within a creative team.
In this role, you’ll work on creating digital assets across different channels, from website banners and email marketing designs to social media content and digital campaign assets. You’ll collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to bring visual ideas to life and create pieces that connect with our community of beauty lovers.
Responsibilities

- →Create email marketing designs following brand guidelines.
- →Support the development of creative assets for digital and paid media campaigns.
- →Design organic social media content.
- →Adapt and resize assets for different digital formats and platforms.
- →Collaborate with creative, marketing, and growth teams to maintain visual consistency.
- →Stay up to date with digital design trends, social media content, and beauty visual culture.
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Has interest or experience in design for social media, digital campaigns, or web.
- Has a good understanding of digital formats and social media platforms.
- Has a strong eye for typography, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in their craft.
- Is organized and reliable, with good time management skills.
- Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and has basic knowledge of Figma.
- Is familiar with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
- English language skills to collaborate within a global team.
