You will be responsible for assisting customers with a variety of technical and service-related questions. You'll work closely with our existing support member and use your research and troubleshooting skills to resolve game server issues. Prior experience with tools such as TCAdmin, Pterodactyl, and WHMCS is not required but will be considered a plus.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate customer support via our ticketing system and live chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers in resolving common game server problems, including installing mods or configuring their server.
- Collaborate effectively within your team to share information and best practices.
- Use resources such as online documentation and forums to research solutions to more complex or unfamiliar issues.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent written English skills
- Ability to work well in a team, collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to maintain positive relations with clients.
- Basic to moderate technical knowledge of Windows and Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) operating systems.
- Experience with TCAdmin and Pterodactyl (not required, but a strong plus).
- Familiarity with WHMCS or similar billing/support systems (also a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, particularly in game server environments.
- Ability to use online resources effectively (search engines, forums, documentation) to find solutions.

- Assisting users with installing and troubleshooting mods for popular game servers, such as Farming Simulator 2025, Counter-Strike 2, Minecraft, and DayZ.
- Investigating server performance or connection issues and providing clear guidance to customers.
