Responsibilities

→Systems Infrastructure & Support

→Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot office hardware, network switches, routers, firewalls, printers, and workstation setups.
→Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff, resolving software, connectivity, hardware, and system access issues quickly.

→GDS & Software Maintenance

→Manage software installations, API integrations, booking engine connections, and terminal configurations for GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) and internal travel management ERPs.
→Coordinate with third-party IT vendors, internet service providers (ISPs), and software providers to keep uptime consistent.

→Cybersecurity & Data Protection

→Enforce cybersecurity protocols, user permissions, multi-factor authentication, and antivirus protection across all systems.
→Safeguard payment gateway data and sensitive client travel records in line with data protection regulations.

→Data Management & Backups

→Run routine system backups (local and cloud-based) and disaster recovery tests to protect company operational data.
→Maintain hardware/software inventory lists and assess equipment upgrade needs as the agency grows.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus.
Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and system support. Experience with GDS setups or travel software is an advantage.
Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, solid knowledge of network protocols, cloud management, and software support.
