Regional Director of Operations - Douglasville, GA

•  A minimum of seven years of management experience, including at least three years in a healthcare organization. A minimum of five years of experience in budgeting and financial analysis, with dermatology experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration, preferably with an emphasis in finance or accounting. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Expertise in financial planning, budget preparation, trend analysis, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, collaborate with, and work effectively with others.
• In-depth knowledge of organizational policies, healthcare administration, and operating procedures.
• Proficiency in fiscal management and human resource management techniques.
• Familiarity with healthcare administration systems and governmental regulations.
• Competency in computer systems and applications.
• Strong planning, organizing, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment.
• Skill in developing and maintaining effective relationships with medical and administrative staff, patients, and the public.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in researching and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
