We are looking for a creator community-focused Content Growth Specialist based in LATAM to develop and execute growth strategies for small and medium content suppliers.  As a Content Growth Specialist, Community Development, LATAM you’ll help foster meaningful relationships with content suppliers, create programs and experiences that educate and inspire creators, and champion initiatives that support both their success and Pinterest’s growth in Brazil and Hispanic LATAM. Through creator education, and data-driven insights, you’ll help bring high-quality content to life on Pinterest and strengthen our presence across the region.

• →Strategically support LATAM creator community initiatives with the goal of driving feature adoption and high quality content production on Pinterest
• →Develop engagement and retention programs in conjunction with regional strategic partner managers
• →Lead creator incentive programs end-to-end including gamified content creation in alignment with global strategy 
• →Plan and execute virtual and IRL creator events to excite, engage and retain creators
• →Support development of materials to educate creators on Pinterest best practices and features
• →Leverage AI to accelerate and simplify community communications to creators.
• →Analyze key success metrics and translate your findings into actionable learnings and recommendations to drive incremental growth
  
  

• 3-5+ years of work experience in a creator/influencer management or marketing role, in social media strategies or digital advertising 
• Excellent written and presentation skills; ability to represent Pinterest to a large external facing audience
• Deep knowledge of content supplier space in LATAM
• Foundational analytical skills (ability to analyze large datasets in google sheets)
• Growth strategy: ability to segment community and customize programs to meet the needs of each distinct audience, ability to execute on a holistic strategy and understand how various community elements come together
• Track record in meeting ambitious, metrics-based goals
• A team player, able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with technical and non-technical teams
• Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish 
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience

• We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
• This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2-3 times per quarter and therefore the candidate should be located a commutable distance from the following office: Sao Paulo, Brazil.
