Pizza King is searching for hard-working Kitchen team members who have a passion for quality and customer service. Kitchen team members are essential to ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards by working in a high energy, team-oriented environment. All team members must have the desire to be in customer service while working with a sense of urgency to achieve high standards of customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and safety.

• Must be 16+ years of age 

Customer:

• →Acknowledge all customers entering and exiting the store.
• →Provide the highest quality of interactions with customers - be pleasant, friendly, and polite to everyone.
• →Prepare food items per established recipes and menus in a way that preserves food freshness, quality, appeal, and to meet the nutritional value.
• →Display an appreciation of our customers by thanking them in a meaningful and thoughtful manner.
• →Respond quickly and respectfully to a customer’s complaint and notify the person in charge right away.
• →Make appropriate suggestions to customer’s orders to increase satisfaction with suggestive selling techniques.

• →General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Shift Manager in charge.
