Responsibilities

→Lead restaurant operations and guest experience as Manager on Duty (MOD)
→Hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a fun, inclusive culture
→Oversee a key department (Front of House, Bar, or Delivery)
→Ensure great food, smooth service, and a safe, welcoming environment
→Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, quality, and performance feedback
