• Experienced restaurant leader with 2+ years full-service restaurant management experience

• →Lead restaurant operations and guest experience as Manager on Duty (MOD)
• →Hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a fun, inclusive culture
• →Oversee a key department (Front of House, Bar, or Delivery)
• →Ensure great food, smooth service, and a safe, welcoming environment
• →Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, quality, and performance feedback
