At PLACE, we’re building a category-defining company at the intersection of real estate, technology, business services, and the consumer. As a profitable, hypergrowth startup, on the path to an IPO, our standards are high, and our team is scrappy, and our commitment is to execute the best work of our lives.
This is YOUR CHANCE to shape the backbone of a company that’s scaling rapidly and innovating boldly. As our Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist, you’ll partner with the Co-Founder of Maestro Marketing Services, founders, and executives to protect and elevate how our brands are perceived across search, social, and AI platforms — ensuring the content people (and AI systems) find is accurate, helpful, and reflects the best of who we are. If you thrive in complexity, entrepreneurial problem-solving, and believe in scaling through tech and AI, this is your PLACE.
You own outcomes, not just tasks — when you take on a project, you follow through until the metrics move, not just until the checklist is complete. You’re data-driven, using sentiment, visibility, and performance data to guide your decisions rather than relying on gut feel alone. You’re highly organized and comfortable managing multiple brands, each with its own deliverables and KPIs, without letting anything slip. You work well within established processes, but you’re always looking for ways to make them sharper and more effective, and you’re quick to flag gaps or issues before they become problems. Your writing and editorial judgment are strong, and you know how to make branded content read as authentic and credible in community-driven spaces. You’re comfortable with SEO/AEO concepts and curious about how AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude are reshaping how brands get discovered.
