Marketing Specialist (AU Support)

About the Role

Peoplegig is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join a Brisbane-based Australian real estate business focused on new property developments, investment properties, and rental listings.

You will work directly with the business owner, supporting the company's marketing activities across content, social media, property marketing, and promotional materials. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and proactive marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience working with an Australian business.

• →Edit and refine marketing copy, property descriptions, and other written content.
• →Create marketing collateral, posters, and promotional materials using Canva.
• →Manage and maintain social media channels.
• →Support marketing campaigns for new developments, investment properties, and rental listings.
• →Assist with marketing requirements for the property development business.
• →Ensure marketing materials are professional, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
• →Manage multiple marketing tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• →Work closely with the business owner and Australian team.

• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or similar role.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and content refinement skills.
• Experience creating marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Hands-on social media management experience.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience using AI tools for marketing and content creation.
• Exposure to CRM systems, website platforms, or real estate listing systems is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and brand-conscious.
• Proactive, self-directed, reliable, and accountable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a remote Australian team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
