Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Software Product Manager to join our team and take full ownership of features from ideation to release, driving innovation through close collaboration with customers, cross-functional teams and developers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone craving ownership and eager to have a huge impact on a fast-growing scale-up in the B2B SaaS space!

  • Take end-to-end ownership of your product area - from customer research and concept development through specification, delivery support, release, and final quality assurance
  • Be at the center of communication between customers, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to drive solutions that deliver clear customer and business value
  • Conduct customer interviews to uncover pain points, validate assumptions, and identify meaningful product opportunities
  • Leverage our AI tools and automations for product discovery, requirements analysis, decision making, and specifications to support agentic development
  • Maintain and prioritise a product backlog with your team and steer decisions based on product goals and strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with UI/UX Designers and Developers to design & build new features, considering platform consistency (web/mobile), edge cases, and technical feasibility
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and support Engineering, QA, and Product Marketing throughout implementation and release
  • Define product metrics, analyse usage patterns, and derive actionable insights to guide product direction
  • Continuously track industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies to identify and evaluate new opportunities for PlanRadar
  • Co-create and optimize our AI-powered product operations tool stack, automating workflows such as translation processes and Help Center content production

  • You have a university degree in a technical field related to software (e.g. software engineering, business informatics, computer science, etc.)
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Software Product Manager or in a similar position (a Software Developer background is a plus)
  • You are exited using modern AI tools in your day-to-day work; experience building prototypes or coding (including AI-assisted coding) is a plus
  • You are a team player with strong leadership and communication skills and a proactive approach
  • You are comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organisation
  • You are naturally curious, love facts & figures and have experience with product metrics
  • You have gathered experience with UI/UX design and cross-platform software development (Web/mobile)
  • You are fluent in English (German is an advantage)
  • Processional experience with B2B SaaS products, AI-powered products, and/or construction/real estate industry is a plus
