RN Unit Manager (NOC Shift)

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the nursing staff. You will supervise and evaluate staff performance, develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

• RN License
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• 12 hour shifts (NOC shift only)
• Supervisory experience is required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
