What you’ll be doing

Full cycle recruitment – Guiding candidates through the entire hiring process from screening, scheduling, closing/offers/onboarding.
Candidate sourcing.
University Recruiting.
Working closely with leadership and hiring teams to implement and execute hiring plans.
Helping to develop and improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Conducting competitive intelligence research.
Managing third party agency engagements.
Constantly learning.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree.
0-5 years of experience.
Outstanding written and verbal skills.
Technical and business acumen.
