Ready to grow with us? As an HRBP, you will strengthen the employee experience and Poppy culture. You will combine HR support with ownership of people-focused initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

Your daily scope will very much look as the following: 

Employee Lifecycle (Wellbeing & Engagement)

• Drive onboarding process and support integration of new hires.

• Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution.

• Facilitate promotions, internal mobility, and career pathing.

• Manage offboarding processes and exit interviews.

• Be a point of contact for wellbeing matters and drive initiatives (mental health, work-life balance, inclusion).

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a bridge between leadership and employees.

• Advice, support, challenge leadership in day-to-day people management of their teams.

• Support consistent internal communication.
  

HR Projects & Talent Initiatives

• Lead or contribute to HR projects (culture, change, DEI, etc.).

• Implement HR policies and best practices aligned with business needs.

• Provide monthly reporting, use HR data and insights to support decision-making.

• Drive continuous improvement of employee experience.

• Help shape our future HR strategy and vision. 
  

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and profiles.

• Drive recruitment strategy and employer branding initiatives.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and the full recruitment cycle.

• Contribute to workforce planning and talent pipeline development.

• You have +/- 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on business partnering, talent and performance management. 

• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.

• You are proficient with LinkedIn and ATS tools. Recruitee is considered as an asset. 

• You have a proven ability to facilitate and build credibility with all levels and all functions.

• You show strong stakeholder management and coaching skills to support managers and employees effectively.

• You are flexible, proactive and have a problem-solving mindset.

• You have an in-depth understanding of social legislation.

• You are a real team player and people-oriented.
