Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst, Lipton LAB South will play a critical role in driving the growth agenda of the Lipton business across LAB South region. This position supports the development and execution of commercial strategies, innovation initiatives, portfolio priorities, and business planning processes. The role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, DX/RGM, Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, Sector team and external bottling partners to identify growth opportunities, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making through data-driven analyses. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders across the organization.
- Support the development of annual operating plans (AOP), strategic business reviews, and long-term growth plans for Lipton LAB South.
- Evaluate market trends, category dynamics, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
- Build business cases and recommend actions to accelerate growth, profitability, and market share.
- Analyze sell-in, sell-out, distribution, pricing, and market share performance across channels and markets.
- Transform complex data into actionable recommendations for commercial and leadership teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular performance updates to senior management.
- Support innovation projects from concept development through commercialization.
- Assess consumer trends, white space opportunities, and product performance to strengthen the innovation pipeline.
- Collaborate with Consumer Insights teams to identify learning opportunities and translate consumer research into business actions.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and external bottlers to ensure alignment of strategic priorities.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for key business initiatives.
- Drive executional excellence by tracking initiative performance and identifying corrective actions when needed.
- Develop business presentations and executive communications for regional and senior leadership reviews.
- Generate insights and recommendations using syndicated data, internal performance metrics, and market intelligence.
- Support ad-hoc strategic analyses and special projects as required.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in Strategy, Commercial Planning, Marketing or Business Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience in the beverage, CPG, FMCG, or retail industries.
- Experience working with syndicated market data, such as NielsenIQ or equivalent platforms.
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and data visualization tools.
- Exposure to innovation, portfolio strategy, commercial planning, or go-to-market projects.
- Understanding of LATAM market dynamics and experience working in regional or multi-country environments.
