Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Early Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of Recruitment & Selection of Early Talent Programs (Internship and Traineeship), ensuring a strong talent pipeline and an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
The role will lead the full cycle of talent attraction, engagement, recruitment, and selection, and onboarding, combining a proactive approach to talent pipeline building with data-driven insights and strong stakeholder management. The position will partner closely with universities, RPO partners, PBPs, hiring managers, and other internal and external stakeholders to strengthen PepsiCo’s employer brand and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
As part of the Early Talent global organization, the role will also contribute to global-to-local initiatives, adapting global strategies and processes to the Brazilian market while sharing local insights and best practices with the regional and global teams.
- Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Internship and Traineeship programs, from attraction and engagement through selection, hiring, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the business demand, define profiles, align expectations, and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Monitor recruitment performance, pipeline health, and hiring progress against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with universities and other relevant talent sources to increase candidate attraction and PepsiCo’s employer brand reputation.
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships, events, campaigns, and engagement initiatives to strengthen the Early Talent pipeline.
- Use market insights and talent mapping to identify opportunities and strengthen talent pipelines in partnership with HRBPs and the business.
- Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers, HRBPs, RPO partners, and other stakeholders throughout the Early Talent recruitment cycle.
- Lead day-to-day partnership with the RPO, ensuring alignment, quality of delivery, SLA/KPI adherence, and timely resolution of issues.
- Manage escalations and take ownership for issue resolution, ensuring a strong service experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across different levels and functions.
- Use data, analytics, and market insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend actions to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology solutions to enhance service delivery and scalability.
- Support standardization and continuous improvement across Early Talent processes, sharing best practices with regional and global teams.
- Support the growth and development of the Early Talent team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and market insights.
- Contribute to global and regional Early Talent projects and initiatives, supporting the global-to-local deployment of strategies, processes, and solutions.
- Support additional Early Talent priorities and projects as the organization and business needs evolve.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Early Talent, recruitment, or related HR areas, preferably in high-volume and full-cycle recruitment environments.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working with external recruitment/RPO partners is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and drive actions to completion.
- Ability to work with data and translate insights into practical actions and business decisions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
- Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish proficiency preferred, given the role’s interaction with regional and global Early Talent teams.
