• Support daily kitchen operations, including prep, menu execution, and service flow.

• Prepare and serve menu items to quality, flavor, and presentation standards.

• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.

• Follow recipes, procedures, and speed-of-service expectations.

• Keep kitchen and service areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.

• Follow safety and food safety practices while providing friendly service.

• Adapt to changing guest volumes, business needs, and team priorities.

• Complete other duties as assigned to support Food and Beverage and resort operations.

• Food and beverage experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome.

• A culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations is a plus.

• A team-first attitude and ability to collaborate across departments.

• Adaptability, dependability, and a commitment to great guest experiences.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Food Handler’s Certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days.

• Comfort working in an all-season environment.

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as agreed upon.

• Background check required after offer acceptance.
