Highly organized, resilient, and comfortable operating under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach ("how do we make this work for the business?").

Tech-savvy - comfortable using AI and driving AI solutions, with strong numerical literacy and attention to detail.

Excellent communicator with high integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial/budget data - adept at building relationships in person and remotely.

Prior exposure to Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) tasks or legal tech tools (e.g., Ironclad).

Additional languages relevant to LatAm, APAC, or EMEA regions.

Path to Qualification: We are happy to support the right ambitious candidates seeking to qualify (SQE / Solicitor qualification support is available via qualified solicitors on the team).
