As a Stacker Operator, you’ll be part of our corrugator team, responsible for stacking, tagging and preparing finished units for shipment. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • →Operate conveyor lines and unitizer to stack finished units
  • →Insert protective top/bottom sheets and tie sheets when needed
  • →Count and verify unit and inch count; ensure proper load tags are in each unit
  • →Restack, flip stack and hand-band units as necessary
  • →Communicate with operators and team about production flow
  • →Help train others and cross-train on other corrugator roles
  • →Submit maintenance requests and support equipment upkeep
  • →Learn to read corrugator lineups and support other roles (Slitter Operator, Doublebacker)
  • →Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • You’re dependable and show up ready to work every day
  • You’re a team player who follows instructions and supports others
  • You’re comfortable staying active and working around machines
  • You can read and understand safety instructions and production documents written in English
  • You can use a tape measure accurately and consistently
  • You’re confident using basic math for counts, measurements, and simple calculations
  • You’re detail-oriented and care about doing things the right way
  • You’re eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the team’s success
  • You’ll be on your feet for most of you shift. This includes standing, walking, bending, kneeling and regularly or moving up to 40 pounds
  • You will work near moving mechanical parts and in an environment where noise, vibration, and airborne particles are common
  • The facility is not climate controlled, which means it can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, protective footwear, and safety glasses must be worn at all times
