This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Team members may live in the following locations: El Salvador, Mexico, or Colombia

• Key Activities: Maintain day-to-day client trust and relationship; document and monitor scope changes, risks, and dependencies; monitor and optimize processes to avoid blockers and optimize velocity.
• How a Current Praxenter Describes The Role: “A Senior Delivery Lead role involves leading client calls to align on business requirements, address risks or dependencies, develop roadmaps, and ensure deliverables are met based off of prioritization. It also involves managing the daily activities that support agile development, such as daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, client demos, etc.”

• Practical Experience: 5+ years experience running scrum ceremonies; experience writing detailed user stories; experience working directly with clients.
• Relevant Education: May include intensive programs, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
