Responsibilities

  • Provide L1–L2 technical support for integrations (Hotglue, Precoro API, and connected tools such as ERPs/accounting systems)  

  • Diagnose and resolve API issues (authentication, rate limits, payloads, error codes) using Postman and logs  

  • Investigate and resolve Hotglue sync failures and Python-based transformation issues (schema mismatches, mapping, data types)  

Requirements

  • Strong ability to read and understand API documentation  

  • Familiarity with programming languages  

  • Basic knowledge of SQL for checking or validating data  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+)

    • Technical support for systems that integrate with ERPs, accounting, or procurement tools (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).

    • Familiarity with iPaaS / embedded integration tools (Hotglue, Zapier, n8n, Workato, Celigo).

    • Experience with log analysis, monitoring tools, or tracing
