Parts Specialist

This position will support Washer Solutions, a subsidiary of Prescott’s Med.

The Parts Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely sourcing, tracking, and delivery of parts to support field operations. This role requires a high level of precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy is non-negotiable.

• Update and maintain parts pricing of the parts catalog
• Research & Source parts back to the original manufacturer
• Source new vendors & maintain vendor catalog
• Support service technicians with needed parts to complete service repair
• Process customer quotes and orders
• Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment
• Manage multiple priorities and urgent requests without compromising accuracy
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency with inventory systems, Excel, or similar tools
