Head of AI

As Head of AI, you will lead Prezzee’s enterprise-wide AI transformation, shaping how we harness AI to create meaningful business value today while building the foundations for future innovation, including AI-enabled and agent-driven commerce.

This is a hands-on role. You will own and orchestrate Prezzee’s end-to-end AI agenda, from strategy and prioritisation through to execution, adoption and measurable ROI.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer and partnering closely with leaders and teams across the business, as well as key enterprise partners, you will identify and prioritise the highest-value opportunities for AI. You’ll ensure initiatives are aligned to our strategic priorities, designed to scale across the organisation and deliver tangible outcomes for our customers, partners and business.

• →Shape and execute the AI roadmap, aligning it to business priorities across growth, product and operations
• →Drive measurable business impact from AI initiatives, including revenue growth, improved customer experience and more efficient internal operations
• →Build and strengthen partnerships with leading AI providers such as Google, AWS and Anthropic to accelerate capability and innovation
• →Establish and evolve AI governance, security and responsible AI frameworks in collaboration with InfoSec
• →Partner with Data and Architecture teams to ensure strong foundations and delivery readiness
• →Shape Prezzee’s future in AI-driven and agent-enabled commerce
• →Champion and deliver a workforce AI literacy program, empowering teams to work smarter and more effectively with AI
• →Provide clear and transparent reporting on progress, risks and ROI to senior stakeholders

• Proven experience leading large-scale AI, data and/or digital transformation programs
• A combination of transformation leadership and strong knowledge of AI and Data, spanning AI-native applications, data platforms and use case delivery
• The ability to translate strategy into clear, executable plans and initiatives, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes
• Experience managing strategic technology partnerships and engaging internal stakeholders at all levels, with strong influencing skills
• The ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems, acting as the linking pin between technical and business teams
• A builder mindset, comfortable balancing vision with hands-on execution and a clear focus on quality, security and doing things the right way
• An understanding of e-commerce, payments and transactional systems is preferred
