Based in Jakarta, the Coordinator for Maritime HR Operations is responsible for managing the planning, scheduling, and reporting of maritime regulatory training for all Princess Cruises onboard team members engaged through our local GTPs. The role also supports management and GTPs with talent acquisition processes, helping ensure smooth and compliant onboarding. Additionally, the Coordinator serves as a representative of Principal Management at local GTPs, providing oversight and support to ensure consistent and effective Maritime HR operations.
