Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and HR Coordinator to join our team!
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The HR Coordinator supports the organization's growth efforts by serving as a key point of contact for candidates, supervisors, and HR Director.
The role ensures that the organization attracts and retains qualified talent, promoting a strong culture of engagement, accountability, and operational excellence.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure positions are filled timely with qualified candidates.
Provide timely and practical HR support through sourcing, pre-employment screening and clearance, hiring, and onboarding processes.
Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and ensure an efficient and consistent recruitment process.
Facilitate a positive, professional, and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
Respond to employee inquiries and workplace concerns promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data, ensuring information is reliable and actionable for decision-making.
Support HR initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, accountability, service excellence, and organizational culture.
Monitor recruitment and onboarding activities and provide timely updates, reports, and recommendations to HR leadership.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align HR processes and workflows with the objectives and requirements of the value-based care model.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned in support of the organization's business and value-based care objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in high volume recruitment BPO environment required.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and escalate appropriately.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with HR platforms.
