  • Build and launch multi-channel demand gen campaigns — including email, content syndication, paid channels, and webinar programs — from brief to live
  • Support integrated campaign production for new product launches, working with Brand to coordinate assets and timelines
  • Help produce and promote the monthly webinar program: manage logistics, landing pages, promotion sequences, and follow-up nurture
  • Own campaign QA — reviewing emails, landing pages, and workflows before launch to ensure accuracy and on-brand execution

Nurture & Automation

  • Build and manage multi-touch email nurture programs in Pardot and HubSpot, segmented by persona, lifecycle stage, and product interest
  • Maintain list health, manage segmentation, and support lead scoring updates in partnership with Marketing Ops
  • Continuously test and optimize nurture programs — monitoring open rates, click-through, and MQL conversion

Analytics & Reporting

  • Pull and maintain weekly and monthly reporting on pipeline contribution, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and channel ROI
  • Contribute to demand gen dashboards and surface optimization recommendations based on performance data
  • Support closed-loop reporting in Salesforce to ensure clean attribution from lead to revenue

AI & Emerging Tools

  • Explore and apply AI tools to streamline campaign workflows, draft content, and accelerate reporting — with curiosity and enthusiasm for what's emerging
  • Stay current on AI developments relevant to demand gen and bring ideas to the team
  • 2–4 years' of B2B demand gen or marketing operations experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Hands-on with Pardot or HubSpot for building nurture programs and campaigns
  • Comfortable in Salesforce for campaign tracking and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills
  • Analytical mindset — at ease in dashboards and spreadsheets
  • Clear written communicator with an eye for good copy
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or childcare/healthcare verticals
  • Familiarity with AI content or marketing automation tools
  • Background supporting webinar programs (ON24, Zoom Webinars)
