Deputy Manager

This is a key leadership role supporting the Store Manager in building a high-performing team from day one, shaping a strong store culture, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial results.

You’ll be a visible leader on the shop floor, coaching and supporting the team daily, stepping up to lead in the Store Manager’s absence, and helping ensure smooth operations across sales, stock, service, and standards. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and Regional Manager to deliver the strategy, hit performance targets, and keep the store running at its best.

• →Drive sales and performance through strong commercial awareness and KPI focus
• →Take ownership of daily floor leadership and operational excellence
• →Oversee stock, merchandising, compliance, and store standards
• →Support team development, engagement, and wellbeing through coaching and 1-to-1s
• →Use performance data to help improve results and decision-making
• →Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence
  

As Deputy Store Manager, you’ll play a vital role in creating an unforgettable customer experience and supporting your team to reach their full potential!

You’ll help drive daily KPIs, support delivery of monthly plans, ensure excellent store standards, and contribute to smooth inventory and operational management. You’ll also help build a positive, high-energy team culture by leading from the front and celebrating success.

We’re looking for someone who can support and develop teams, drive performance, and help create a great store environment for both customers and colleagues.

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or deputy management role (essential)
• Experience in retail or hospitality is mandatory
• Strong leadership and people support skills
• Commercial awareness and confidence using sales data
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong operational understanding and attention to detail
  

• Salary per annum £31,000 - £33,000 depending on experience.
