We are looking for a Marketing Lead (f/m/d) in Berlin to elevate how our product is positioned, launched, and monetised.

This role sits at the intersection of GTM/Revenue, Product, and Branding/Design. You ensure that what we build is clearly differentiated, commercially compelling, and consistently communicated across the funnel.

Your work directly impacts:

  • Win rates

  • Launch performance

  • Feature adoption

  • Expansion potential

This is a hands-on role with measurable commercial outcomes.

  • Translate complex product features into compelling stories for our target audience.

  • Own the Nelly website end-to-end and make it a lead-generating asset

  • Maintain consistency across website, landing pages, sales materials, and launches

  • Align positioning with pricing and packaging logic

  • Develop content that educates, builds trust, and moves prospects toward Sales

  • Produce content that will feed into paid channels (e.g. Meta Campaigns)

  • Ensure our digital presence reflects where Nelly is heading

  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns around product launches, seasonal moments, and key sales initiatives.

  • Own the end-to-end narrative: from positioning brief to live campaign

  • Define rollout strategies and launch sequencing

  • Craft compelling launch narratives

  • Ensure launches drive adoption, pipeline, and revenue impact

  • Business-fluent German and English required

  • Min of 3 years in (Product) Marketing, Growth, or commercial roles

  • Proven 0 → 1 channel building

  • Proven 1 → scale optimisation

  • Close collaboration with Product and Sales

  • Experience in competitive analysis and market research

  • Strong positioning and narrative development skills

  • Ability to translate product complexity into commercial value

  • Structured, analytical thinking

  • Clear and persuasive written communication in German

  • your primary experience is paid performance marketing or media buying

  • you are uncomfortable being measured on lead quality and pipeline contribution

  • you prefer long planning cycles over fast iteration

  • you avoid close collaboration with Sales and Product
