We are looking for an Environmental Compliance Lead to take ownership of our environmental regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on packaging, electronics and battery recycling, waste management, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements.
This is primarily an environmental compliance role. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company meets its environmental obligations across relevant markets, monitoring regulatory changes, coordinating registrations and reporting, and working with external compliance providers and regulatory authorities.
The role also includes selected Health & Safety responsibilities, such as coordinating employee training, supporting workplace safety programs, and assisting with incident investigations and risk assessments.
- Own and coordinate environmental compliance programs, with a primary focus on packaging, electronics and battery recycling, waste management, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements

Monitor changes in environmental legislation and coordinate the implementation of new compliance requirements across the business

Coordinate environmental registrations, reporting, declarations, and regulatory submissions with external compliance providers and regulatory authorities

Maintain environmental compliance records, certifications, registrations, and supporting documentation

Support sustainability initiatives focused on waste reduction, recycling, and environmentally responsible business practices

Coordinate selected Health & Safety activities, including employee training, workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations

Coordinate EHS-related purchase orders and invoices with the Finance team

Drive continuous improvement of environmental compliance and workplace safety processes while supporting other related initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational, Health & Safety sciences or related discipline
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in an Environmental, Health and Safety position
- Knowledge of environmental reporting systems and regulations
- Experience coordinating Health & Safety training and workplace safety programs
- Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies, consultants, and third-party compliance providers
