PL: Shopping Center Manager

Our Client is an established asset management company. Due to the continued management of one of its Shopping Centers in the Czestochowa region, we are seeking an experienced Shopping Centre Manager to oversee the property’s day-to-day operations, coordinate key stakeholders, and ensure the asset is managed efficiently and in line with ownership objectives. Shopping Center Manager /Czestochowa-based/ PL/2606/SCMA Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of the shopping centre Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and business partners Coordinate and supervise external service providers and contractors Ensure the smooth operation of the property and compliance with company standards and procedures Monitor operating costs and support budget execution Work closely with central leasing, marketing, and technical teams Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices across the asset Requirements: Previous experience in commercial real estate, shopping center, retail park, or property management Good understanding of retail property operations and tenant relations Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Hands-on, proactive approach and a high level of ownership Nice to Have: Experience managing retail portfolios on behalf of retail occupiers or chain operators Familiarity with large-format retail environments and cooperation with DIY, sports, FMCG, or big-box retailers Client offers: A visible and impactful role with responsibility for a well-established retail asset Opportunity to work within a respected real estate ownership and management platform Close collaboration with experienced leasing, marketing, and technical teams Autonomy to introduce improvements and enhance operational performance Long-term career development opportunities within a growing retail real estate portfolio If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply by sending your updated CV via the "I'm Interested" button.
