  • Base salary range: $120,912 – $132,161 p.a. (pro rata) plus 17% superannuation.

People & Culture (P&C) plays a critical role in supporting the University achieve its vision and ambitions. About the Role

  • Design, develop and implement contemporary learning and development solutions that build organisational capability and support University priorities.
  • Lead or contribute to learning and capability projects, including the implementation of new learning technologies, programs and initiatives.
  • Manage and continuously improve the University's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective administration, governance, reporting and user experience.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Education, Business or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
  • Substantial and extensive experience designing, developing and delivering learning and development initiatives within a large, complex organisation.
  • Experience managing or administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting, governance and user support.
  • Demonstrated experience developing engaging digital learning resources and applying contemporary adult learning and instructional design principles.
  • Experience coordinating enterprise learning programs, including mandatory and compliance training.
