About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guiding a production team to meet goals while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety.

As a Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring your team delivers—every shift, every day—through clear expectations, consistent follow-up, and real-time coaching.

You will be actively involved in day-to-day operations, including training team members, troubleshooting issues on the floor, and keeping production moving without sacrificing standards.

We operate in a high-mix, high-speed environment, which means success comes from:

  • Strong leadership presence on the floor
  • Clear standards and accountability
  • Continuous training and reinforcement

This role exists for one core purpose:
to build a team that performs consistently at a high level.


What You’ll Be Accountable For

Leading Daily Execution

Drive shift performance by setting expectations, monitoring output, and ensuring work is completed to standard.

Hands-On Operational Support

Stay actively involved on the floor—troubleshoot issues, remove blockers, and support your team in real time.

Building and Developing Your Team

Train, coach, and hold team members accountable. Act as a key player in knowledge transfer, supporting onboarding of both new employees and new equipment.

Enforcing Standards

Follow and enforce SOPs, quality expectations, and production targets. Consistency is non-negotiable.

Owning KPIs

Track and deliver on performance metrics related to output, quality, and efficiency.

Executing PTA (Procedure, Training, Audit)

Ensure processes are:

  • Clearly documented
  • Properly trained
  • Consistently followed and audited

Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving

Identify issues quickly, implement solutions, and contribute to improving systems and workflows.

Communicating Clearly and Directly

Provide real-time feedback, escalate issues early, and maintain alignment across teams.


Role Focus

Supervisor / Team Lead:
Frontline leader responsible for shift execution, team performance, and daily results.


You are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to hold people accountable.

Core Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading teams in manufacturing or operations
  • Strong track record of driving performance and accountability
  • Comfortable managing KPIs and enforcing standards
  • Direct, clear communicator who addresses issues head-on
  • High sense of ownership and urgency
  • Passion for training, coaching, and developing people on the floor

Assets:

  • Experience in high-mix or custom manufacturing
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure
  • Experience training or developing frontline employees


Compensation

Supervisor: $45,000 – $65,000 USD (Base + Incentive)
