Deliver tailored treatments and interventions within your field of therapy to enhance the mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being of clients. Work collaboratively with families, carers, and the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Respond promptly to referrals and conduct assessments to design effective therapy programmes.
- →Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring interventions align with client needs and therapy plans.
- →Manage a caseload within agreed timescales, maintaining regular communication with clients and clinical teams.
- →Keep accurate, up-to-date records including case notes, reports, and digital systems; share relevant information during MDT meetings.
- →Provide psychotherapeutic advice and guidance to colleagues, and contribute to research and audit through data analysis.
- →Implement evidence-based methods and continuously evaluate and improve therapy techniques.
