Are you the person everyone turns to when technology misbehaves? Do you enjoy solving problems, optimizing systems, and keeping teams connected? If yes, we’d love to have you on board. We’re seeking a hands-on IT Specialist who will play a key role in maintaining our technology infrastructure, supporting employees with technical issues, and ensuring our systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient. What You’ll Be Doing; Be the Go-To Tech Expert Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Diagnose and resolve IT problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Keep Our Systems Running Smoothly Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems. Maintain and upgrade computer systems and peripherals when necessary. Conduct regular equipment audits and maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets. Coordinate repairs and replacements with external vendors when needed. Power and Maintain Our Network Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and other network devices. Collaborate with external service providers to resolve network-related issues. Enable Our People Provide training and technical assistance to employees on company systems and software. Develop and update user guides and documentation to support employees with common IT tasks. Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and ensuring they are equipped with the tools they need to succeed. Protect Our Digital Environment Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard company systems and data. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards. Stay up to date with emerging IT security trends and best practices to continuously improve system protection. Requirements Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity best practices Minimum of 2 years of experience in Google Workspace Administration Experience in endpoint protection security is a plus Strong understanding of network infrastructure management Relevant certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), CompTIA, ITIL, or PMP are an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
