The Authority is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic Human Resource Manager to provide leadership across all areas of human resources, drive organizational effectiveness, and support the successful delivery of our corporate goals and priorities.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and implementing strategic human resource initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, compliance, and a high-performance workplace culture aligned with the Authority’s tourism mandate and corporate objectives.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline would be an asset.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, CIPD, or equivalent would be an advantage.
Experience
- Between five (5) to seven (7) years’ progressive experience in Human Resource Management, including at least three (3) years in a senior or managerial HR role.
