Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness to play a key role in ensuring that our venues and facilities are fully prepared for launch and ongoing operations. You will work closely with various departments to assess operational readiness, identify potential risks, and implement strategies that promote smooth and efficient operations.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of one of the largest entertainment and sports destinations in Saudi Arabia by supporting operational excellence from the ground up.

• →Support delivery of Operational Readiness for the Transport Hub from planning through testing, handover and opening.
• →Maintain the readiness plan, schedule, trackers, dashboard and supporting evidence.
• →Coordinate inputs across the six OR clusters and follow up with accountable stakeholders.
• →Monitor milestones, actions, risks and dependencies, escalating issues to the Portfolio Lead.
• →Prepare concise readiness updates for governance and decision-making.
• →Update the Transport Hub readiness schedule, action tracker, risk log and dashboard.
• →Coordinate readiness inputs across project delivery, mobility, security, facilities management, technology and customer experience.
• →Review handover, commissioning and contractor mobilization plans to identify readiness gaps.
• →Support site inspections, testing, simulations, dry runs and readiness assessments.
• →Track contractor mobilization, training, permits, approvals, SOPs and required evidence.
• →Record actions, owners and target dates, and follow up through closure.
• →Support handover and stage-gate reviews by maintaining accurate documentation and evidence.
• →Prepare status reports and presentations for the Transport Hub Portfolio Lead. action plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in operational readiness, project coordination, or related operational roles.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale projects is advantageous.
