Senior Manager - Tenancy Project Management

The Senior Manager – Tenancy Project Management is responsible for leading district-wide tenancy delivery coordination, operational readiness activities, fit-out integration, and lease-to-trade support across assigned retail districts and developments within QIC’s retail portfolio.
The role operates across new developments, redevelopments, operational retail assets, and long-term asset evolution initiatives, supporting delivery coordination, retail operability, operational readiness, and opening integration activities across the tenancy lifecycle.
Acting as the district operational lead within the tenancy delivery function, the role oversees district-wide tenancy delivery coordination, landlord and tenant interface management, fit-out integration, programme coordination, operational readiness activities, and opening readiness processes across assigned districts. The position is engaged from detailed design and delivery stage-gates through fit-out delivery, operational readiness, lease-to-trade activities, and ongoing operational asset support. Operating across complex multi-stakeholder environments, the role supports cross functional coordination between Development, Delivery, Leasing, Retail Design, Operations, Host BU’s, Operational Readiness, Asset Management, Legal, Finance, Government Relations, IT, Main Contractors, consultants, operators, tenant teams, and authorities to ensure tenancy delivery activities remain operationally aligned, programme-driven, and integrated with portfolio delivery objectives.

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience across tenancy delivery, retail project coordination, fit-out integration, operational readiness, or large-scale retail and mixed-use developments.
• Experience operating within complex multi-stakeholder development and operational environments.
• Demonstrated experience supporting tenancy delivery, fit-out coordination, operational readiness, and lease-to-trade activities across retail or mixed-use projects.
• Experience supporting development integration, fit-out coordination, and operational delivery activities from detailed design onward.
• Strong understanding of retail delivery coordination, landlord and tenant interface management, and operational readiness processes.
