Quick Summary
Your work informs decisions at the top: your team’s output drives marketing budget allocation, sales compensation design, and strategic priorities for the entire Growth department.
Join us as Head of Growth Performance to own how Qonto's Growth organization measures and steers performance - from planning and target-setting to measurement adoption, analysis, and team incentives.
You'll act as Growth's trusted business partner - helping teams understand the story behind their numbers, make faster decisions, and steer performance in the right direction. You'll lead a team of specialized business partners, each a senior expert in their domain (acquisition, marketing, sales, partnerships…).
👩💻🧑💻 As a Head of Growth Performance at Qonto, you will
- Run Growth’s performance operating rhythm: steer performance reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly), bring a clear narrative on performance, and drive follow-ups through to action and decisions.
- Lead strategic planning for Growth: own bottom-up budgeting and target-setting for the entire Growth department, in close partnership with Strategic Finance.
- Design Growth compensation: build and implement variable pay plans for Sales and other Growth functions, ensuring incentives drive the right behaviors for Qonto’s P&L. Partner with HR and Finance to keep them fair and sustainable.
- Act as the guardian of Growth’s operational measurement stack: define measurement standards across Growth and ensure adoption - from KPI definitions to attribution frameworks and reporting infrastructure.
- Lead and develop a senior team: lead four specialists, each owning a distinct Growth perimeter. Set direction, develop careers, and raise the bar on the team’s output and influence.
- Your work informs decisions at the top: your team’s output drives marketing budget allocation, sales compensation design, and strategic priorities for the entire Growth department.
- A fast start: Budget 2027 planning begins in September and runs through December. There’s no slow ramp - you’ll be leading this exercise within your first few months, in close collaboration with Finance.
- An AI agenda that’s real: automating reports, business cases, and performance steering through AI is already on the roadmap. You’ll help define how it gets done.
- A team of specialists who run their own perimeters: your direct reports are senior profiles who don’t need day-to-day direction. The management challenge is developing them, not directing them.
- New challenges every day: new markets, new products, new teams - constant change is our norm at Qonto. You'll learn fast and grow as you help reshape how we operate.
Your manager will be Marie Huet, our Growth Program, Intelligence & Operations Director.
- Her background: Marie started her career in strategy before moving into leading operational teams. Across fast-moving companies - TheFork, Swile, and now Qonto - she's built a strong combination of analytical depth, business acumen, and cross-functional thinking. At Qonto, she leads a 35-person team enabling the Growth department across operations, performance, customer insights, and pricing & packaging.
- What does she bring to the team? She brings a systems thinker's eye to how teams are structured, prioritized, and connected - turning complexity into clear direction. She will provide the mentorship and cross-functional leadership needed to help you elevate the Growth Performance function into a true strategic business partnering powerhouse.
- Analytical rigor: you have exceptional quantitative skills, a commitment to unbiased analysis, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution. You know how to make the numbers resonate with a room of senior leaders.
- People management: you’ve led senior, autonomous profiles and know how to develop careers and retain talent.
- Leadership and influence: you’ve convinced skeptical stakeholders to change how they work without having direct authority. You can challenge a VP’s assumptions with data and make it land constructively.
- Cross-functional fluency: you’ve worked across Data, Finance, and business teams simultaneously, and you know how to keep them aligned and moving in the same direction.
- Product-led growth background: you understand how marketing-heavy, product-led B2B businesses grow - and what truly drives their metrics.
- Languages & location: English required; French is a plus. Based in Paris, with a hybrid setup (three days in the office, two remote).
At Qonto we understand that true diversity isn't just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist. Apply regardless of the boxes you tick! Who knows? You may have the missing piece of the puzzle we've been searching for all along.
