- →Own conversion performance end-to-end: Be accountable for funnel health, conversion rates, and user experience across all 8 markets — and lead root-cause investigation and corrective action when performance drops.
- →Design journeys that convert: Champion user-centric path design that meets different visitor intents and contexts, and drive the website's evolution toward conversational and AI-assisted interfaces as user behaviour evolves.
- →Enhance the operating model: Design the squad setup, cross-functional interfaces, and prioritisation frameworks that let 7+ PMs and their feature teams, including developers and designers, move fast together.
- →Cross-Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other marketing functions (paid, organic, CRM) to design and build end-to-end journeys and experiences
- →Lead and develop your team: Coach 7+ Website PMs at different levels, raise the quality bar on product craft and experimentation, and build growth opportunities for high performers.
- Website or funnel product leadership: You've run a high-traffic, multi-market acquisition surface with clear business impact and know how to frame problems at the full funnel level.
- User-centric journey thinking: You understand how different users discover, evaluate, and decide — and you design for their intent and context.
- Analytical and experimentation depth: You define KPIs, govern rigorous A/B testing programmes, and build institutional knowledge.
- Prioritisation under pressure: You handle high inbound demand from multiple stakeholders with clear frameworks.
- People leadership with product coaching: You've developed PMs — not just managed them — and raised the quality standard on problem framing, PRDs, experimentation, and outcome ownership across a team.
- AI-native operator: You already use AI to move faster and build smarter, and you're excited to push that further.
- Strategic Impact: Full product mandate on Qonto's primary acquisition channel. You set direction for Qonto’s across 8 markets with 600,000+ customers and prospects in scope.
- Ownership: You're designing the operating model and the roadmap.
- High-Level Exposure: Direct interface with VP Marketing and senior growth leadership — the website is a board-level conversation at Qonto.
- Cross-functional reach: You'll work across Web Engineering, Design, Organic Growth, Paid, PMM, Content, Legal, and 8 local market teams.
Kim brings a rare combination of technical depth and marketing leadership — her engineering background, data-first instincts, and experience scaling high-performing teams mean she'll push you to think in outcomes, not outputs. She'll give you real ownership and the strategic context to make it count.
